These Terms of Service outline the terms under which services are provided by Pro Nurse Aesthetics. By contacting us, booking a consultation, or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms.
About Us
Pro Nurse Aesthetics is a nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic providing non-surgical cosmetic and wellness treatments. All treatments are carried out by registered nurses in line with professional and clinical standards.
Consultations
All treatments require a face-to-face consultation prior to treatment. Consultations allow us to assess suitability, discuss treatment options, explain risks and benefits, and ensure informed consent.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
Bookings and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of treatment if you proceed.
Failure to attend an appointment or late cancellation may result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
Treatment Information
All treatments are subject to individual assessment and suitability. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical information during consultation. Failure to do so may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
Age Restrictions
Treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over only. Proof of age may be requested.
Aftercare
Aftercare advice is provided following treatment and must be followed carefully to support healing and achieve the best possible results. Pro Nurse Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for outcomes where aftercare advice has not been followed.
Fees and Payments
Prices are provided in advance and are subject to consultation and individual treatment planning. Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and prescription-only medicines, refunds are not offered once treatment has been carried out.
Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Liability
Pro Nurse Aesthetics carries appropriate professional insurance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or negligence where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We are not responsible for adverse outcomes where information provided by the client is incomplete or inaccurate.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to update treatments, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
